Hello! I’m Daniela Pizzimenti “D” a certified health coach and nutritionist with over a decade of experience in weight loss coaching and two years as a certified personal trainer. As a mom of three, I understand the challenges of balancing a busy life while prioritizing health and wellness. My passion lies in cooking healthy meals for my family, and I believe that nourishing ourselves can be both enjoyable and fulfilling.
